I am a complementary health practitioner specialising in naturopathy, massage and Living Energy Technique, with over 14 years experience. I live and work on the south coast of NSW in the Shoalhaven shire which is an easy 2 hour drive south of Sydney. My Naturopathic and Massage Clinic is seven minutes outside of Berry.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Melbourne and Diplomas in Botanical Medicine, Nutrition, Iridology, Massage Therapy, and Counselling from Naturecare College in Sydney. With a scientific background, I bring the knowledge of complementary health care with a critical eye, to bring observable results to the health and wellbeing of my clients.

I focus on the use of foods, herbs, and nutritional supplements to achieve health and well being in the body. The language of the body is interpreted, allowing each client to understand more about their own unique needs, and how to stay in optimum health. I have developed a specialty in stress management, stress recovery, the immune system, digestive disturbance and mental well being.
